Jerzy Stuhr is a Polish actor, director and theatre educator, one of the most distinctive figures in Polish cinema of the late 20th century. He became widely known through his collaboration with Krzysztof Kieślowski, starring in Camera Buff (1979) and co-writing the Dekalog screenplay. As a director he made Love Stories (1997) and The Big Animal (2000).
