Jeremy Lee Renner (born January 7, 1971, in Modesto, California) is an American actor, singer, and producer. He earned two Oscar nominations - for The Hurt Locker (2008) and The Town (2010) - and became globally known as Clint Barton / Hawkeye across the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Since 2021 he has led the Paramount+ crime thriller Mayor of Kingstown. In January 2023 he survived a near-fatal snowplow accident that left him with over 30 broken bones, and returned to screens after an extensive recovery.
Renner announced that filming of the fifth season of Mayor of Kingstown is nearing completion, and hinted that the series may not end with the fifth season.
