Jana Štěpánková is a Czech singer and actress who works across musical theatre and concert stages. She sings with the vocal group Romantic Woman and the bands The Barbers and Klaret, while also appearing in musicals at venues such as Divadlo Hybernia and GOJA Music Hall. She teaches singing at the Mezinárodní konzervatoř Praha.
