Jan Tetřev is a historian and curator of the arms and militaria collection at the East Bohemian Museum in Pardubice. He specialises in firearms - both military and civilian - and their place in technological and cultural history. He shares his expertise through lectures and specialist articles, and previously worked as a court expert in historical weapons. He is co-author of the exhibition and book Příběhy palných zbraní, published by Palacký University in Olomouc.
