I'm Morbid (I Am Morbid) is an American death metal tribute act formed in 2016 by bassist/vocalist David Vincent and drummer Tim Yeung, both former members of the pioneering band Morbid Angel. The group performs classic-era Morbid Angel material from Altars of Madness, Blessed Are the Sick, Covenant and Domination, covering the years Vincent spent fronting that band. Since 2017 it has toured extensively worldwide, appearing at major metal festivals and headline shows.
Drummer Pete Sandoval announced his departure from the band and will not participate in the autumn European tour, describing his relationship with David Vincent as difficult.
The band officially announced the European tour Morbidfest 2026 with bands Atheist and Cancer, which will take place from mid-November to mid-December and will also visit Ostrava and Prague.
David Vincent stated in an interview that new compositions under the I Am Morbid banner have been discussed in the band, but for now he wants to keep the project purely retrospective.
