Black Milk was a Czech all-female pop trio formed in 2002 by Tereza Kerndlová, Tereza Černochová and Helena Zeťová - each the daughter of a well-known Czech musician. Their debut album Modrej dým sold over 30,000 copies and earned the group the Český slavík award for Best Newcomer. After a second album, Sedmkrát, the trio split in 2005 and all three members went on to solo careers. Helena Zeťová died on 20 December 2024, aged 44.
Tereza Kerndlová is intensively preparing for the jubilee concert on October 10, 2026 at Forum Karlín, where she and Tereza Černochová will sing the greatest hits of Black Milk as a tribute to Helena Zeťová.
Tereza Kerndlová released the album Diamanty and announced her largest concert to date at Prague's Forum Karlín on October 10, 2026 on the occasion of 25 years on stage.
On December 20, 2024, Helena Zeťová, a former member of Black Milk, died at the age of 44; the police investigated the circumstances of her fall from a window of a house in Prostřední Bečvě, but did not disclose the results of the investigation to the public.
Tereza Černochová publicly spoke about Zeťová's death and called the trio Black Milk an exceptional musical group, whose dissolution still saddens her.
