Himesh Jitendra Patel (born 13 October 1990 in Cambridgeshire) is a British actor of Indian origin who broke through internationally with the lead role in Danny Boyle's Yesterday (2019). His performance in the HBO miniseries Station Eleven (2021) earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series. He has worked twice with Christopher Nolan, appearing in Tenet (2020) and the epic The Odyssey (2026).
