Henry D is a rapper based in the Czech Republic who originally came to Prague to study, staying on after finishing his master's degree at the Czech University of Life Sciences. He formed the funky rap outfit Forbidden Fruit in 1996 and released his solo debut Man of Honor in 2009 on SubPub Records, mixing hip-hop with soul and African influences. He is also known for his guest contributions to Portless's 2017 album BACK.
Hard rock band Portless will perform at Prosper Golf Resort in Čeladná as part of the Beskydská motojízda festival. The band is known for hits like 5.15 and their debut album New Ride.
Independent music ensemble Takin´Off, fronted by legendary Zambian rapper Henry D and vocalist Kateřina Romansová, performs at Malostranská beseda. The band marked 25 years on the Czech scene last year.
