Hemlock | Litomyšl
Metal band Hemlock from Las Vegas brings their heavy sound to Litomyšl. A seasoned touring act with an impressive history of performances alongside major names in metal.
Hemlock is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, founded in 1993 by brothers Chad and Brian Smith. Over more than three decades they have released over ten albums entirely on their own dime - no major label, no outside backing - while touring the US, Canada, Europe and Japan as support for Slayer, Slipknot, Ministry and Lamb of God. Their sound is built on heavy groove riffs, deep bass lines and lyrics that carry an unexpectedly positive charge.
The band released an official music video for the song "Crooked Smile" and simultaneously announced the first vinyl edition of the album Pigeonholed on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.
Hemlock plan a five-week European summer tour with performances at Till-Fest in Leipzig (alongside Till Lindemann and Ministry) and at Sticky Fingers in Marktredwitz; 23 additional European dates are to be announced soon.
In May 2026, the band conducted an American tour "Pigeonholed" with stops in Henderson, Mesa, Lubbock and other cities.
In September 2025, Hemlock performed a series of concerts in the northwestern USA, including in Cheyenne, Salt Lake City and Hayward.
In February 2021, the band released two albums simultaneously - KARMAgeDDoN and Violence & Victory - which were mixed and mastered by Logan Mader, former guitarist of Machine Head.
