Grande Moravia - Love Story
The Grande Moravia Orchestra presents a Love Story concert with popular and film music in the stunning setting of Moravský Krumlov Castle.
Grande Moravia is a Czech ensemble led by violinist and conductor Ladislav Pavluš, active for around 25 years. It grew from a small cimbalom band into a full orchestra, keeping the cimbalom as its sonic signature. The repertoire spans Moravian folk music, popular songs and film scores - above all the music of Ennio Morricone. In 2010 the orchestra recorded a joint CD with Karel Gott.
The orchestra announced a concert at the Vienna Theater Akzent on December 5, 2025 with a program of film music by Ennio Morricone.
The Christmas tour "Magic of Christmas" with the girl trio Tři Barvy (Mária Bikárová, Eliška Trtíková, Lucie Bikárová) will take place in December 2025 at multiple venues in the Czech Republic.
The program "Once Upon a Time in the West" dedicated to Morricone's film music is presented in 2025 on spring and autumn tours through Czech cities.
