Gábor Káli is a Hungarian conductor who trained at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest and the Berlin University of Arts. In 2018 he won both the inaugural Hong Kong International Conducting Competition and the Nestlé and Salzburg Festival Young Conductors Award. Particularly sought after for his command of Bartók, he guest-conducts orchestras across Europe, Asia and beyond - from the Wiener Symphoniker to the London Philharmonic.
