Fred Clark (March 19, 1914 - December 5, 1968) was an American character actor whose gruff voice, bald head and gift for slow-burn exasperation made him one of Hollywood's most recognizable supporting players. Over a twenty-year career he appeared in nearly seventy films - including Billy Wilder's Sunset Boulevard (1950) and How to Marry a Millionaire (1953) - and became a household face on television as the pompous neighbor Harry Morton in The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show. He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his television work.
