Fobia Kid is a Slovak rapper and producer from Námestovo in northern Slovakia, working in hip-hop and trap. He has Angolan roots on his father's side and broke onto the scene in the mid-2010s with the mixtape Gremlin (2014). A member of the Comebackgang collective, he has collaborated with leading names of the Czech-Slovak rap scene including Yzomandias, Gleb and Nik Tendo. His lyrics draw on peripheral Slovak life, delivered with a characteristically dry, dark wit.
