Ferdinand Havlík is a Czech composer, pianist and musical director closely associated with Prague's Semafor theatre. He composed music for numerous Semafor productions, most notably Kytice — a multi-genre "balladyade" based on Karel Jaromír Erben's ballads, with a libretto by Jiří Suchý. His work spans jazz, operetta, cabaret and musical theatre.
