Felix Slováček (born Antonín Slováček, 23 May 1943 in Zlín) is a Czech clarinetist, saxophonist, composer and conductor who trained at the Kroměříž Conservatory and the Janáček Academy of Musical Arts in Brno. Since 1983 he has led the Felix Slováček Big Band, performing across Europe and collaborating with ensembles such as the WDR Big Band Köln and the Dresden Philharmonic. Over a career spanning six decades he has sold more than two million records and received the Czech presidential Medal of Merit in 2013.
Felix Slováček received the Master of Entertainment Art 2025 award from the artistic association Artes; his son Felix Slováček Jr. accepted the award at the Ypsilon Theatre in Prague.
