Elżbieta Karkoszka is a Polish actress working in theatre, film, and television. She trained at the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Kraków and made her stage debut while still a student, when Andrzej Wajda cast her in his first production of Wyspiański's "The Wedding." She spent the bulk of her career at the Stary Theatre in Kraków, collaborating with directors such as Konrad Swinarski and Kazimierz Kutz. On screen she is known for roles in "On the Silver Globe" (1988) and "Artysci" (2016).
