Jakub Machulda (born 13 July 1995 in Žatec) is a Czech musical theatre singer, actor and Elvis Presley impersonator. He trained in musical theatre at the International Conservatory Prague and has performed at Divadlo Broadway since 2017, appearing in productions including Muž se železnou maskou and Láska nebeská. His striking vocal and physical resemblance to Elvis led him to found the band Elvis Live in 2017, which has toured Czech and international stages since 2018. A viral video of him singing an Elvis song while his baby daughter Ester rests on the guitar reached over 80 million views and aired on American television.
Machulda launched a series of full-length ElvisLive Royal Show performances at the Prague Royal Theatre & Club Chic - the premiere on January 8, 2026 took place on the occasion of Elvis Presley's 91st birthday.
The previous two Elvis Live concerts at Royal Theatre were sold out completely, the third date was announced for February 26, 2026.
Machulda performed on Czech Radio Dvojka in the program Dvojka u piana, where together with Petr Vondráček he commemorated Elvis Presley's 90th birthday.
In 2021, Machulda participated in the 7th season of the Česko Slovenská SuperStar competition, where he advanced to the Super selection.
His original single Život lidem sluší won an award in April 2020 in the Czech Radio Dvojka competition - Česká dvanáctka; actor Václav Vydra appeared in the music video.
