About

Editors are a British indie rock band from Birmingham, formed in 2002. Their debut album The Back Room (2005), featuring singles "Munich" and "Blood", earned a Mercury Prize nomination and launched them into the UK mainstream. Over two decades they have released eight studio albums - two of which reached number one on the UK chart - and their sound has evolved from dark post-punk guitar rock toward electro-industrial territory, most notably on their seventh record EBM (2022), made with producer Blanck Mass.
