Edge of Paradise
American metal band Edge of Paradise takes the stage at Masters of Rock Cafe.
Edge of Paradise is an American rock/symphonic metal band from Los Angeles, founded in 2011 by singer Margarita Monet (born Margarita Martirosyan in Yerevan, Armenia) together with guitarist Dave Bates. The band pairs operatic vocals and heavy riffs with electronic/industrial textures and a cinematic, sci-fi-inspired visual concept. Their catalogue includes albums such as Universe (2019), The Unknown (2021), Hologram (2023) and the 2025 record Prophecy, their first for Napalm Records, and they have performed in more than 30 countries alongside acts like Lacuna Coil, Delain, Symphony X and DragonForce.
The band announced a European and British tour named Prophecy and the Mind Rebellion Tour for spring 2026, performing as support band for Visions of Atlantis on some dates.
The sixth studio album Prophecy was released, the first released under the Napalm Records label.
Singer Margarita Monet included her own album Prophecy among her favorite releases of 2025 and described its creation as a difficult and defining period for the band.
At the turn of November and December 2026, the band will embark on a European tour supporting Dominum and The Night Flight Orchestra with concerts in Manchester, London, Utrecht, and Berlin, among others.
According to the band's statement, this was the first independent European headlining tour since 2024, when Edge of Paradise performed in Europe as a support band for Symphony X.
