
Eagle-Eye Cherry
American singer Eagle-Eye Cherry, known for the hits "Save Tonight" and "Are You Still Having Fun?", performs in Ostrava for the first time.
Eagle-Eye Cherry is a Swedish singer and guitarist born on 7 May 1968 in Stockholm, the son of jazz trumpeter Don Cherry and Swedish artist Moki Cherry - and half-brother of singer Neneh Cherry. His debut single "Save Tonight" (1997) became a global hit, propelling the album Desireless to over four million copies sold. He has since released seven studio albums and continues to tour internationally.
Eagle-Eye Cherry will perform in July 2026 in Brazil at three stops of World Tour 2026 - in São Paulo (25.7.), Brasília (26.7.) and Curitiba (28.7.).
On 26 September 2025, Eagle-Eye Cherry released his seventh studio album Become a Light on his own label Papa Cherry Records; the album was recorded in Los Angeles and Sweden.
In summer 2025, Eagle-Eye Cherry performed at a series of European festival shows, including at the Guitare en Scène festival in the French town of Saint-Julien-en-Genevois.
The single "Save Tonight" was featured in 2025 in the series True Detective and in 2024 in the Netflix miniseries One Day.
In January 2024, Eagle-Eye Cherry released his sixth studio album Back on Track.
