Doro, born Dorothee Pesch, is a German hard rock and heavy metal singer. She first gained fame as the frontwoman of Warlock in the 1980s, then launched a solo career in 1989 that has kept her active on the metal scene ever since. She is widely regarded as one of the most prominent female voices in European metal.
