About

BumBác is an amateur theatre ensemble from Hluk in the Uherské Hradiště region, founded in 2008 as a children's group at the local primary school. Since 2018 it has been made up entirely of adult performers - currently 14 regular members. The group focuses on folk comedies, returning repeatedly to stories from the Slovácko region, including adaptations from Zdeněk Galuška's book „Slovácko sa nesúdí", alongside productions such as „Výtečníci" or „Noc na Karlštejně".
