David Collins

About

David Collins is an Australian actor, comedian and voice artist, one half of the comedy duo The Umbilical Brothers, which he has formed with Shane Dundas since 1988. The duo is known for its distinctive blend of mime, slapstick and live vocal sound effects - a style they call "microphonic mime" - and has performed in 40 countries over a career spanning decades. Collins holds awards ranging from BAFTA and Emmy to the Australian Logie and Helpmann; as a screen actor he has appeared in Furiosa, The Fall Guy and the BBC drama The Tourist. He has voiced the ant Arnie across the entire Maya the Bee film series since 2014.
