Clotilde Mollet is a French actress born in Paris, trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'Art Dramatique. Active on stage and screen since 1980, she became widely known for her role as Gina in Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Amélie (2001) and as Marcelle in The Intouchables (2011). Alongside her film work, she is a prominent figure in French theatre, having collaborated with a wide range of leading directors over four decades.
Clotilde Mollet will appear in the film Changer l'eau des fleurs directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, with its premiere scheduled for December 9, 2026.
In March and April 2026, Mollet performed in the production À notre place (text by Arne Lygre, directed by Stéphane Braunschweig) at the Théâtre national de la Colline in Paris.
The production Moman (text by Jean-Claude Grumberg) with Mollet and Hervé Pierre played at La Scala Paris from January to June 2025 and continued on tour in October 2025.
In summer 2025, Mollet presented the new production Nous sommes vivants at the Avignon Off festival, directed by Noémie Pierre.
In the 2024 season, Mollet performed in the theatrical play Projection privée (text by Rémi De Vos, directed by Jean-Michel Ribes) at the Théâtre du Petit Saint-Martin in Paris.
