Claire Rushbrook (born 1971, Hitchin, Hertfordshire) is a British stage, film and television actress trained at Rose Bruford College in London. She rose to prominence as Roxanne in Mike Leigh's Palme d'Or-winning Secrets & Lies (1996), and has since earned BAFTA and BIFA nominations for work including the BBC drama Sherwood, My Mad Fat Diary and the film Ali & Ava (2021). In 2024 she played Lady Monica Baddingham across all eight episodes of the Disney+ period drama Rivals opposite David Tennant, and Sarah Ferguson in the Prime Video miniseries A Very Royal Scandal.
