Chris Minh Doky is a Danish jazz bassist of Vietnamese descent and the brother of pianist Niels Lan Doky. He has collaborated with Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny and Marcus Miller, and released several albums under his own name. His playing blends lyrical phrasing with a solid rhythmic foundation.
