Charlotte Gainsbourg (born 21 July 1971 in London) is a French-British actress and singer, daughter of Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. She won the Best Actress prize at Cannes in 2009 for Lars von Trier's Antichrist and holds two César Awards. After a long hiatus from music, she returned with the acclaimed albums 5:55 (2006), IRM (2009) and Rest (2017), collaborating with producers Beck and SebastiAn.
