Charles-Marie Widor (1844–1937) was a French organist and composer, best known as the long-serving titular organist of Saint-Sulpice in Paris. He composed ten organ symphonies, of which the Toccata from Symphony No. 5 in F minor is the most celebrated. He also taught at the Paris Conservatoire, counting Albert Schweitzer among his pupils.
