Bobby Moynihan (born January 31, 1977, in Eastchester, New York) is an American actor, comedian, and voice artist who spent nine seasons as a cast member and writer on NBC's Saturday Night Live (2008-2017). He created fan-favorite recurring characters including Drunk Uncle and David S. Pumpkins. Since leaving SNL, he has built a busy career in voice acting - lending his voice to DuckTales, We Bare Bears, and Pixar films - alongside live-action TV roles.
Moynihan plays the character Rusty Boyd in the NBC sitcom The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins alongside Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe; the series premiered in January 2026.
