15 Years of Přeplesk
A gala concert marking 15 years of Přeplesk, with performances by Aqva Silentia, Zputnik, Štolwerk and The Unnecessary.
Aqva Silentia is a punk band from the Ostrava region of the Czech Republic, formed in 1991 by guitarist/vocalist Indoš and lyricist P.B.V. (Neklan), with the full lineup first rehearsing on 17 November 1995. After several lineup changes the band settled in Frýdek-Místek. They released four studio albums and played over two hundred shows across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Neklan's lyrics - he also publishes his own poetry collections - stand out for their literary quality and political edge. The band dissolved in 2010 and returned to the stage in 2019, playing occasional shows since.
Aqva Silentia performed in January 2026 at an event in Frýdek-Místek together with the band Ilegality.
In November 2025, birthday celebrations of the band took place in Frýdek-Místek with the participation of Malignant Tumour.
In September 2019, the band performed their first concert in Frýdek-Místek after nine years since their breakup.
In an interview for Ostravan.cz, the band confirmed their return to the stage and discussed the political dimension of their lyrics.
