Aquarium (Аквариум) is a Russian rock band founded in Leningrad in 1972 by Boris Grebenshchikov. One of the pioneering acts of Russian rock, the band has released dozens of albums blending rock, folk, psychedelia, and spiritual influences. Grebenshchikov remains the central creative force behind the group.
