Aparde is the project of Berlin-based producer and vocalist Paul Camillo Schröder, born in 1987 on the Baltic island of Usedom. After nine years of formal music schooling and a self-taught detour into electronic production, he moved to Berlin and built a sound that sits between ambient, electronica and melodic techno. He has released on Ki Records and Stil vor Talent, with albums including Glass (2017), Alliance (2021) and Ambivalent (2024), and has collaborated with artists such as Parra For Cuva, Christian Löffler and Jan Blomqvist.
Aparde released the EP Issues (March 21, 2025) on the Ki Records label.
Aparde is working on a new album EMPATH and presented material from it live in Prague.
In November 2024, the album Ambivalent was released - a collection of 19 demos and unreleased recordings from the past four years.
Aparde released remixes for other artists, including the tracks Convergence (Aparde Remix) and Unveiling (Aparde Rework).
