About

Anteater are a Prague-based rock trio fronted by Andrea Kohoutová, active since 2018. Their sound draws on post-grunge and 90s alternative rock - raw, direct, and noticeably harder-hitting live. In their debut year they won both the Múza competition and the Strahov Open Air Band Contest, and reached the final of the international Planetrox contest. The 2021 EP "Other Worlds" was produced by Thom Fröde; the single "Fuel" followed with producer Damián Kučera, and the band has since toured regularly across the Czech Republic, Germany, and the UK.
