Anne Seymour (1909-1988) was an American character actress who worked across radio, theatre, film and television. She came from a theatrical dynasty stretching back seven generations and built her biggest following on radio, playing Mary Marlin for eleven seasons. On screen she is best remembered for All the King's Men (1949), Pollyanna (1960) and Field of Dreams (1989), her final film, released after her death.
