Anna Steimarová (1889-1962) was a Czech stage, operetta and film actress, daughter of the prominent Plzeň theatre director Vendelín Budil. A soprano who performed across many Prague venues - including Švanda's Theatre, the Vinohrady Theatre and the Grand Operetta - she also built a film career in the 1930s and 40s, taking memorable supporting roles in comedies such as Kristián (1939) and Katakomby (1942).
