A Prague family buys a country cottage only to find themselves sharing it with its original owner. A comedy about urban-rural culture clash and the cottage-owning craze of the 1970s.
Alois Liškutín (1929-2000) was a Czech stage and film actor who spent nearly three decades as a member of the Divadlo bratří Mrštíků theatre in Brno. He is best remembered for two Jiří Menzel comedies: as the cottage-owner Robert Kos in Na samotě u lesa (1976) and as brewery board member Šefl in Postřižiny (1980). He was also active in radio drama and dubbing at the Brno studio.
