Alena Doláková (born 17 September 1989 in Vyškov) is a Czech actress, dancer and author. She graduated in drama from JAMU in Brno in 2013 and has since worked across Czech and international film and television, with credits including Knightfall (HBO), Whiskey Cavalier (ABC) and Last Light (Netflix). Her most acclaimed role to date is the lead in the dance drama Mirrors in the Dark (2021), which earned her a Czech Film Critics' Award nomination. She also performs stand-up comedy as part of the trio MHD Comedy and published the autobiographical novel Anna z Hollywoodu in 2020.
The comedy Sheep Eat First (directed by Jan Musil) entered cinemas on April 23, 2026, with Doláková playing one of the main roles.
Doláková appeared in the international co-production Chica Checa directed by Šimon Holý, with whom she collaborates repeatedly.
In 2024, she filmed the miniseries The Well for the streaming platform Voyo and appeared in the film Hello, Welcome (directed by Šimon Holý).
Since May 2024, she has been performing in the theatrical production Good Morning with Finda by Jan Svěrák.
