Alan Olav Walker (born 24 August 1997 in Northampton, England) is a Norwegian DJ and record producer who grew up in Bergen. His 2015 single 'Faded' earned platinum certification in 14 countries and surpassed two billion Spotify streams, making him one of the most-streamed electronic artists globally. He performs exclusively in a mask and hoodie, a visual signature he has maintained throughout his career. Over more than a decade, he has released five studio albums and consistently placed in the DJ Mag Top 100.
Walker released his fifth studio album Walkerworld 2.0 on January 10, 2025, with 23 tracks, with the launch accompanied by an exclusive livestream on TikTok.
In the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2025 ranking, Walker placed 24th; throughout the year he performed at Tomorrowland, Electric Love Festival in Austria, and the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Singapore.
2025 also marked the tenth anniversary of the single Faded, which Walker celebrated with a tour across North America, Europe, and India.
For summer 2026, Walker has planned 14 concerts in 14 cities, with the tour starting on May 30 and ending on August 29.
The single Heart Over Mind (with Dayou) reached number one on the Russian airplay chart TopHit.
