Akemi Okamura (born March 12, 1969, Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actress with Mausu Promotion who made her debut in 1992 as Fio Piccolo in Miyazaki's Porco Rosso. She has voiced Nami in One Piece continuously since 1999, one of the longest-running roles in anime history. In March 2024 she received the Tomiyama Kei / Takahashi Kazue Prize at the 18th Seiyuu Award, and from spring 2026 she also took over the role of Ran Mouri in Detective Conan.
After the death of Wakana Yamazaki (April 18, 2026), it was confirmed that Okamura permanently takes over the role of Ran Mouri in Detective Conan.
From March 14, 2026, Okamura voiced Ran Mouri for the first time in the television broadcast of Detective Conan, replacing the ill Wakana Yamazaki.
In February 2026, it was announced that Okamura would temporarily replace Wakana Yamazaki in the role of Ran Mouri in Detective Conan due to health issues of the original voice actress.
At the 18th Seiyuu Award ceremony (March 9, 2024), Okamura received the Tomiyama Kei / Takahashi Kazue award for long-term contribution to the Japanese voice acting industry.
