Bitter Holidays

An aging acclaimed director named Raúl writes a story about the enchanting Else, who arrives on sunny Lanzarote in 2004 to escape a life crisis and find a fresh start. But the events and characters in his screenplay suspiciously resemble the fates of those close to him - and they begin to recognize themselves in it, asking uncomfortable questions. Where does inspiration end and privacy begin?
