Über den Ort: Rock Café

Das Rock Café ist Prags ältester Club der Nachwendezeit, gegründet am 5. Januar 1990 von der Künstlergruppe Nový horizont als spontane Reaktion auf die Samtene Revolution. Das Haus an der Národní třída fasst bis zu 1.000 Gäste in zwei Sälen. Neben Konzerten aller Genres finden hier Theatervorstellungen, Filmvorführungen und Kunstausstellungen statt. Václav Havel feierte hier das Ende seiner Präsidentschaft.
